1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reptimo mobile application (the “App”), provided by Reptimo (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Reptimo helps reptile owners care for their pets by generating care plans, sending reminders, and tracking logs. The App is an informational and organizational tool. It is not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified exotic-animal veterinarian for the health of your animals. We are not responsible for the health or wellbeing of any animal.

3. Your account

The App creates an anonymous account on first launch. You may optionally register with an email address, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: violating any law; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; reverse engineering except where permitted by law; or uploading unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Reptimo offers an optional Reptimo Premium subscription. The App is free to use with a limit of 3 pets; Premium removes that limit.

• Pricing. Premium is offered as a monthly plan at $2.99 USD per month or an annual plan at $24.99 USD per year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase. Local taxes may apply.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price for the selected plan, unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand.
• Managing and canceling.You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not refunded.
• Free trial / introductory offers. If an introductory offer or free trial is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds.Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies; we do not separately process App Store payments or refunds.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (pet data, logs, photos). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the App for you. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders and alerts will always be delivered. Care plans, norms, and alerts are general guidance only and may not fit every animal or situation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or animal health or life, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the App, and we may update these Terms. For material changes we will provide notice within the App and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
